Manufacturing Process

Reinforcement Cages
The steel reinforcement of IS 2062 grade-1. mild steel are made using Longitudinal and spirals of 6MM. The reinforcement through out the length of barrel with double reinforcement cages.

Spinning Process
The wound cages are placed in position inside the pipe moulds with suitable covers and placed over the moulding machine. The moulds are spun with reaves gear machine till setting of the pipe

Concrete Mixing
The cement, sand, water and blue metals as of required volume according to mix design put it in a mechanical mixer machine. Water cement ratio maintained as 0.45 the mixed concrete feeded into the spinning mould and the concrete surface is leveled using a screeding bar. As soon as concrete starts setting and spinning is over the mould is removed from moulding machine and allowed to set for 24 hours

Curing
After 24 hours of initial setting the concrete pipes are removed from the moulds and immersed in curing tank of sprinkler yard for 10 days.
